After coming away disappointed with the Chapter 4 Gamescom demo in August, this new Final Fantasy VII Revelation demo, set during Chapter 1, gave me exactly what I was looking for.
We've played roughly 15 hours of Valor Mortis, the first-person Soulslike from the team behind the Ghostrunner series, and though we're enjoying most of it a lot, its difficulty balance feels out of tune.
Kirby's Epic Yarn didn't blow me away, but I definitely had fun playing
it. Thankfully, Good-Feel's Yoshi based follow up feels real good, and
improves on Kirby's simpler aspects.
